I've never had an issue with this place even when returning items or sending packages and I've never been waiting longer than I've needed to.

Her excuse was “because we are a stationary shop we can’t let you use our pens”. I was posting the documents via the postoffice also.. never have I been to a post office that doesn’t let you borrow a pen of all things. Absolute joke and won’t be returning
